Up for sale is an authentic and large Spinosaurus tooth from the Kem Kem Basin in Morocco. There may be some repair done to the tooth and a bit of damage at the root. Overall, this specimen would be an excellent addition to a fossil collection or a unique gift. It is also freestanding; the tooth in the photos was not held up by any stand or adhesive.

This large fossilised tooth is 112 to 97 million years old. Spinosaurus roamed the earth during the lower Albian to lower Cenomanian stages of the Cretaceous Period. It was larger than Tyrannosaurus Rex and thought to be the largest predator to every walk the Earth. Its head is very crocodilian-like, with a massive long snout, full of sharp, fish-piercing teeth. Spinosaurus is the first dinosaur known to have been adapted to an aquatic lifestyle and by far is one of the oddest Dinosaurs ever discovered.
